

Mark Tan M.D.
Mark Tan M.D. has been engaged in Biomedical Science and research since 1996. He conducted the first research on the antibacterial properties of Manuka honey in 1999 and was awarded Top 10 award in the International Nutrition and diagnostics conference in 2014. Furthermore, his second research was submitted on the effect of high glucose levels on the respiratory burst using U937 cell line. The study concluded that hyperglycaemia caused damage to cells by subsequently enhancing production of free radicals, but was reversed by antioxidant, SOD, and the hxdroxyl radical scavenger, DMSO.
Mark served in Western medicine for the last fifteen years and works at Croyden Hospital in London, and also has a background in Nutrition, Naturopathic medicine, Accupunture, Orthomolecular medicine, Intravenous Nutrition therapy, QiGong, Energy Medicine, Source Science and Source Calligraphy to help humanity. Currently Mark works in the A&E and his private clinic, applying the above techniques seven days a week in order to serve more people.
Mark has recently contributed to a textbook publication on 'The pathogenesis and treatment of COVID-19 and long COVID with Traditional Chinese Medicine '. He is a member of the International Society of Orthomolecular medicine (ISOM), GMC, GNC, ATCM, ANP, BSIO, AAOT, IVNT, ISA, and Longevitology academy.
