Diane is a highly respected and compassionate leader with a lifelong dedication to service. With a Bachelor's in Sociology and a Master's in Public Administration, she spent 27 years as a State government administrator, consistently pursuing roles that improved the lives of others. A key milestone in her public service career was the development of a graduate thesis that led to the successful implementation of Hawai‘i’s Drug Court, including the adoption of her recommendation to appoint a Native Hawaiian judge—an important advancement in culturally responsive justice.

In addition to her public service, Diane brings decades of experience in spiritual leadership and non-profit work. She founded the first spiritual center in Hawai‘i for Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, a world-renowned spiritual healer, and served as a Director for the global Love Peace Harmony Foundation. Widely known for her deep listening, aloha spirit, and transformative presence, Diane is a beloved mentor and teacher who continues to embody and inspire growth, healing, and purposeful living.
